Eye Lift

An eyelift, known as blepharoplasty, eliminates sag in eyelids that can create a tired, sad, older look. The eyelids have the thinnest skin on the face and tend to be one of the first places we show age.

During an eyelift excess skin and fat is removed. The incision leaves only a very fine scar hidden in the folds of the eyelids. Eyelifts are performed in our office, under local anesthesia. Patients typically experience a more refreshed, younger appearance after an eyelift. When combined with other procedures such as skin resurfacing and fillers, an even more dramatic change can be made with minimal down time.
