Eye Lift
An eyelift, known as blepharoplasty, eliminates the appearanceof sagging eyelids that can create a tired, sad, older look. The eyelids have the thinnest skin on the face and tend to be one of the first places we show age.
During an eyelift excess skin and fat is removed. The incision leaves only a very fine scar hidden in the folds of the eyelids. Eyelifts are performed in our office, under local anesthesia. Patients typically experience a more refreshed, younger appearance after an eyelift. When combined with other procedures such as skin resurfacing and fillers to replace lost volume under the eyes, an even more dramatic change can be made with minimal down time.
Fillers
Restylane, Sculptra, Juvaderm, Radiesse and Cosmoderm are cosmetic fillers that diminish wrinklesand restore volume that is lost during the aging process. Additional fillers we offer include Cosmoplast, Captique and Hylaform.
These fillers can work wonders when it comes to replacing volume lost in the eye area during the aging process. Crows feet can be filled in, hollows under the eyes can be taken care of and the appearance of bags under the eyes can be eliminated. Each filler has its own strengths that make it suitable for varying needs, Dr. Lamberts can identify which one will work best to accomplish your goals. He is also current with new fillers that may be an option for you when they become available.
